Brazilian Indoor BBQ

Angus beef marinated in garlic oil with a mild Chilli Salsa
Slow roasted garlic pork sausages with piri piri sauce
Chicken thighs marinated in chilli and garlic marinade with black eyed beans

Lambuja (Hamburger) 
Vegetarian burger marinated in garlic oil

Kalua pulled Pork smoked & slow cooked with Birchwood chipping. Served in a brioche slider.
Hot Dogs (50g Beechwood Smoked Bockwurst)

Huli Huli Chicken. Marinated in pineapple juice & chillies
