Cold Finger buffets

Of all the various menus we supply, the most popular for a working lunch is our Cold finger buffets. With a selection of freshly made sandwiches and savouries, they are presented fully “dressed out” ready to put straight on the table. As this literally is Finger food, all you need is a plate and serviette.
We do not include drinks, crisps, fruit or cakes, but you can build your own buffet by cherry-picking from any suggestions on the website

Nor are our menus “set”. You are free to choose from any menu and we’ll price it for you. Vegetarian versions are available for all menus as well as halal, gluten or dairy-free. The only food we cannot supply is kosher.

Goujons of free range chicken with garlic mayonnaise on the side
Chef’s vegetable tartlet
Sausage selection with mustard mayonnaise on the side
Plus a selection of sandwiches (1 per person)

Covent Garden menu

Skewers of free-range chicken satay
Skewers of Inverawe Scotch salmon

King prawns marinated in lemon and coriander
Free range Thai chicken kebabs

Fresh prawns and avocado/chorizo, salsa and salad

Greek stuffed vine leaves
Baby bell peppers stuffed with sun blushed tomato humus

Vegetable filo samosas with sweet chilli dipping sauce
Kimchi fried dumpling with light soy dipping sauce

Brochette of scallops, smoked ham, cherry tomatoes and shallots
Hickory smoked chicken kebabs
