Caribbean catering bbq
The islands of the Caribbean offer a huge variety of cuisines due to the many counties that were their former colonial masters and the foods they introduced. British, French, Spanish, Portuguese and Dutch influences can be found across the region.
For our caribbean catering bbq, we have used those dishes that we think are best suited to the Caribbean’s favourite method of cooking.
As with all our bbq catering menus, these are not “set”, clients are free to cherry pick and make up your own selection or ask us to quote if you have a particular favourite not listed on our website.
The French cuisine in Martinique is reminiscent of Provence and the Mediterranean. Cuba gives us plenty of Spanish dishes and Jamaica probably has the most famous of all BBQ foods, the ubiquitous jerk chicken.
At one event we catered, the client booked a steel band, the atmosphere was so magical you could almost feel the warm sand beneath your feet!!
