Beverages: All wines, beers and “softs s” are supplied “sale or return”.
Smith’s can supply service equipment, chefs, waiting and bar staff, glassware, cutlery, crockery, tables, linens and marquees
BBQ food standards:
Sausages are made to order by a master sausages maker, Jean Paul at Franconian. We can serve any sausage of your choice.
Burgers are made to order at Godfrey’s, the award wining butchers, using 100% Aberdeen Angus meat.
Fish come from Billingsgate fish market in London.
We can supply halal meats, all sourced from suppliers with HFA certification
