Introduced in 2014, our Big Pan catering makes an excellent addition to larger BBQ catering events of 100 or more. Guests love the theatre of seeing their food being cooked and a huge pan of paella or pad Thai stir fry really whets the appetite.
It also works well with our hog roast catering, when a vegetarian or non pork alternative is required,
Traditional Spanish paella: Chicken, chorizo, mussels, prawns. peppers, onions, peas, thyme, garlic and smoked paprika with Spanish calasparra rice
Brazilian Moqueca: Piri Piri fish stew with shellfish, squid and snapper. Served paella style with rice
Moroccan Tagines: Chicken, lamb, fish, vegetarian and halal versions available. Served with couscous
Indian Pan Catering: Chicken Biryani with basmati rice, garlic and coriander naan.

Minimum order: For BBQ menus with Big Pan 50 guests.
Notice: Minimum of 5 working days notice but as much as possible for June & July events as many dates get fully booked
Drink catering: All drinks are “sale or return”, you pay by consumption.
Staff & service equipment: Smith’s can supply all service equipment, and staff: waiting, bar staff, cutlery, crockery, tables linens, drinks and glassware. POA.
